Recipes come from the app data file (updated when we ship app updates).
Vault & shopping list stay on your device in the current version.
Units (metric / US customary) are set under Account in the app.

Safety

PreserveVault provides general guidance only. Always use tested recipes and follow current official advice (for example USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning and recognised national food-preserving authorities). When in doubt, throw it out.

Longer safety text will also live in the app under Warnings – Safety First.

Website & news

News posts will be published on the News page when we start blogging. No need to update the app for each post once the mobile app is connected to data/news.json.
